My Approach
Relational Therapy
Relationships shape how we experience ourselves, others, and the world around us. Relational therapy focuses on the patterns that develop through connection—how we protect ourselves, seek closeness, avoid conflict, or struggle to feel seen and understood. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you build more authentic and supportive relationships with both yourself and others.
Somatic Therapy
Sometimes our bodies hold experiences that words alone cannot fully explain. Somatic therapy brings awareness to the connection between the mind and body by paying attention to physical sensations, tension, emotions, and nervous system responses. This approach can help you better understand stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional patterns while developing a greater sense of grounding, safety, and connection to yourself.
Gestalt Therapy
Gestalt therapy is a present-focused and experiential approach that supports greater self-awareness and personal growth. Rather than only analyzing the past, we pay attention to what is happening in the moment; your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, and patterns of relating. Through this process, clients often develop a deeper understanding of themselves, increased self-trust, and more choice in how they respond to life’s challenges and relationships.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
A trauma-informed approach recognizes the impact past experiences can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and the nervous system. Therapy is guided by safety, collaboration, and respect for your pace. Together, we work to create a space where difficult experiences can be explored without overwhelm, while building awareness, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of stability and support.
What Therapy Can Support
Therapy can help with:
* Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
* Relationship challenges
* Life transitions and identity shifts
* Stress and burnout
* Self-esteem and self-worth
* Grief and loss
* Emotional regulation
* Trauma and past experiences
* Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, curious about yourself, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
