I offer online individual, psychotherapy services to adults at this time.

What is your approach to psychotherapy?

As a nurse, my approach to all client care is relational and person-centred. I primarily offer relational Gestalt Therapy with the understanding that each client is the expert in their own lives and can tap into their own resources to find energy, creativity and vibrancy.

What is Gestalt Therapy?

Gestalt Therapy is a modality in psychotherapy that allows us to explore those areas we may feel ‘stuck’ and to find new, creative ways to move towards our full potential.

Are you ready for personal transformation?
Do you want to improve your relationships? Do you want to live a life with more excitement and courage?

Then Gestalt Therapy may be for you!

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes! I am a Registered Nurse who is in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

As a Registered Nurse I am required by the CNO to hold Professional Liability Protection (insurance).

What might I experience in a session with you?

You can expect empathy and compassion, possibly a few tears and even some laughter!

It is all a journey and we’ll approach it together!

What is your cancellation policy?

I have a firm 24hr cancellation policy. You can reschedule your appointment online at least 24 hrs in advance of your appointment. You can also reschedule via email or telephone at least 24 hrs in advance of your appointment.

You must reschedule your appointment 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time, otherwise, you will be charged the full fee. Exceptions to this policy may apply.

How do I know if I’m ready?

You are ready for psychotherapy if:

You are ready to challenge yourself and be challenged within a trusting relationship;

You are ready to examine your life and give attention to your inner world (emotions, thoughts, feelings, beliefs);

You are ready to consider new perspectives, and try new things;

You realize this process takes time, and is different for everyone;

You are able to commit to the process (regular weekly or bi-weekly attendance).
